I really hate to be this guy but…
This app needs a lot more testing. Echoing what others have said, it gets in the way of healthcare more than it enables it. I don’t know if the amount of regulation in the industry can be blamed for this, or something else, but the results are really disappointing. Most recent frustration: I open the app to join my telehealth appt, but am forced to download a software update for the telehealth SDK that makes me over half an hour late. My provider was willing to meet with me after that and to not bill me for a missed session—others might not be so lucky. As insult to injury, the camera was broken after the update. As a developer myself, I can imagine that it hurts to read all these frustrated reviews. But BRO, I don’t recall signing up to be your beta tester.
Frustrating
I have to reset my password every time I want to log in. Then, the email to reset provides a link that takes you to a page that says it only works with Google Chrome. Downloaded Chrome and it was a dead link. It’s a very frustrating app.
Password issues
This app really isn’t good. Near impossible to sign onto, says the correct password is incorrect but then doesn’t send a reset email. Ooooooooooooof
I’ve left 3 providers after they switched to Miyo
Title says it all. This platform is horrible. It doesn’t recognize your email associated with your account, it doesn’t says it offers FaceID, but every time you try, it says it has expired. The only working function is billing (not surprised). If you are a provider considering this platform, do your clients and yourself a favor and find an alternative.
Useless
Downloaded app on ipad completed paperwork on app and submitted.office said didnt get it. Go to login and reset password says need chrome. Download chrome try to reset password says browser not supported? Just downloaded chrome. Dont use app waste of time!
Needs push notifications!
There are no push notifications available for the app so patients have to rely on watching their email to know if they have a message from the practice. This is very difficult for most people especially when people already get so much junk email advertisements. Please consider adding! Otherwise has been working well
Cannot finish completing account, insurance form broken
This app won’t let me finish creating an account because their insurance dropdown is broken. When I press Bluecross Blueshield, there is an infinite spinner and I can never get farther in the flow.
