MYEVV is a way to verify that services to a patient, who has signed up for a home healthcare service, are delivered. MY EVV is allows workers who visit patient homes to electronically clock in and out of shifts. The system logs key information including the date, time, and location by using the GPS of the mobile phone. When the employee signs in to the system, it facilitates them to enter all the services provided as per needs of the individual’s schedule. My EVV records all the required information so that reports can be produced as per requirements of any individual agency with the guidelines as stipulated by Medicaid/Medicare.

This app has improved a lot over the past few years. We enjoy it as it is tailored to our state. Can an evaluation form be added for PT,ST, and OT’s. My company will be offering these therapies/services soon. Or will the skilled app be available to other agencies?

Location issues
As one of only 3 states that provide that family members can be care givers with strict guidelines. My family member/client is with me at all times. We live by the alarm clock for medications, PT, home RN visits, and MYEVV log in and log out times. When we are out and not in location or on the road to Doctor’s appointments (which are at least 1 hour away from “home base”) It would be helpful to have the ability to set and reset the location for accuracy. The GPS will register that we are not in our original location, gives the option to continue, but doesn’t return to home base location when we get back. There needs to be a way to restore location and a time reset would be great. Not being able to make corrections is a hassle. Constantly having to make notations in the comment box at the end is an added issue. In my estimation this app is sadly lacking in it’s functionality for a caregiver.
Non-functional
I been having my issues to the point where I have to off my phone completely in order to Log-Out then it gets stuck!!! Very Frustrating
Consistent issues
I’ve been having issues with this app every since I’ve started using it. Now I can’t even submit my work at the end of the week. The only thing that pops up when I try is “SUPPORT” Which I submitted a complaint & never got a response. On top of that my schedule is messed up & I’ve made several attempts to get it handled yet it still hasn’t been taken care of.
Where’s note inbox?
My company sent me note through myevv. I can’t find where to go to read the notes or letters.
Customer service nightmare
Called 757-272-1719 and had a horrible experience with Jessica. They have to check their customer support.
