My Chart is a wonderful information service. It is monitored regularly and they respond and post lab results quickly. Dr Stephen Chang is an excellent primary care physician. He writes results very clearly so I can understand them. Dr Yu Po Lee, my orthopedic doctor, also posts my xray results very timely. I really appreciate this service and their consistency with using it as a portal for getting medical information to me.

Today when I arrived l was given a ekg by the nurse (Prince) . He was very professional and thorough . He carefully explained what was going to occur today. Doctor Goitia would have the results and then I would meet him. I then met him and I found to very patient with me as he listened to my problems. After a through examination he ordered the echo cardiogram to view the area of concern. I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Goitia. Francis l Rocha jr

My gastroenterologist ordered multiple tests and the organization of scheduling has been chaotic and confusing. And information about the costs has been conflicting. Beyond irritating.

The only I have is trying to send myself Dr notes/ disability information. The app will only send two out of 3 or so docs. I’m unable to print from the app.
