Prescriptions don’t appear on the app until they have been filled once. No notification when prescriptions are ready for pick up. Not patient friendly. I have also learned the name of the medication doesn’t appear with the prescription number. Notification of refill requests go through this app and generate a fax. Will probably change pharmacies next year to have a less frustrating app.

Very fast & efficient. Most employees are very friendly and helpful. Being extremely efficient is key and I would rather support my local community that “chain pharmacies “. As well it’s nice to know delivery is an option if needed. Prices are extremely reasonable. These being the reasons I choose you to provide my pharmaceutical needs. Thank you for being such a trusted part of my healthcare needs.

I upgraded from iPhone 11 to iPhone 15. Oddly enough, I downloaded the latest iOS on both phones, but this app won’t work on the 15, yet still does on the 11. It was a good app while it lasted but keeping my old phone around and charged for this one app is very annoying. I see it hasn’t been updated in two years so I imagine it’s abandoned.
