MB+ has been crucial in discovering triggers, recording attacks, and predicting future attacks for me for a very long time. Not only was the free version incredibly helpful, but when i decided to invest in the premium version I was amazed at the insights i was able to discover about my personal condition. Between the data i gathered through this app and the resulting discussions with my doctor, i have been able to find treatments that are much more effective at managing my chronic migraines. This absolutely would not have been able to happen without the help of Migraine Buddy and i cannot recommend this app (and the premium subscription) enough to everyone who suffers with migraine! ❤️🩹

Is a good tracking program but when I try to export reports for say, 6 months, to give to my doctor, it only exports 2 when there are many more that that. Hopefully this gets fixed

I hadn’t ever considered that barometric pressure may be a primary migraine trigger until I saw a recommendation for this app on Reddit. Aside from the ear plugs they sell, the insight alone that you can receive is helpful to treat AND prevent migraines naturally. It appears that the developers are still taking feedback and working on features to make the app even more informative. So thankful that this app exists and is accessible for people who cannot afford a monthly subscription (although the tools in the free version are a bit more limited, it is still helpful) Thank you devs!
