Poor performance, messaging doesn’t work
Not sure how any software developer missed that messaging doesn’t work at all on IOS…? Generally laggy performance, may take 20-30 seconds to update appointments. Very poor application.
Finding a new doctor
This app is so terrible that I’m actually looking for a new primary care physician to one that doesn’t use this app. They just moved everything over to this app and nothing works. Can’t request refills, errors all the time, sometimes it’ll give an error message saying I can’t login but it logs in anyway. It always just tells me to call the 888 number for assistance because it never works.
Needs to get with the times
This app lags and locks up. Even using prior iOS systems. I like the convenience of an app, but in this case, I would rather use my web browser to access Marathon Health.
Doesn’t work
Update: After posting my initial review below, the developer asked that I email screen shots of the error messages - which I did. After waiting 4 months and sending 3 emails with no reply, I deleted the app. However, I thought I would give it another try. Surely, by now, an update has been pushed out that fixed the problems. Nope. While I can now log in, I still get the same error messages as before. Why offer an app if no one can use it?? Original: App gives error message when logging in (sometimes before). Completely unusable.
Can’t log in using the app
I keep getting the message saying something went wrong.
Looks good however
App looks very appealing,however I can’t even log in without getting an error message. Has bugs that need to be addressed
Login issues
Once I got on the app, my login info won’t work on the website. I have to login to the app then transfer to the website. Won’t let me login on my laptop and really frustrating
