Great concept, very poor execution.
Wasted money on this device, constant issues and battery barely lasts 2 days max.

I blew $150 on this thing, and it never worked. After going back and forth with support, they finally admitted that it does not support the current version of the Libre 2 sensor, even though it is advertised as compatible. In spite of this, they refused to offer a refund and just stopped answering my emails.

This app does not work as intended because the device sold to work with it a piece of junk. I purchased the NightRider designed to work with this app in November 2023. The NightRider was designed to work with Freestyle Libre 2 but it stopped working for me on July 1,2023 because the NightRider would not read sensors with an expiration date of 10/31/2023. To date Ambrosiasys has not provided a correction for this problem. Having an app that does not work with the intended device is like having a stone. Don’t buy anything that Ambrosiasys sells. Very poor customer service.

I have been using the Blucon for almost a year but it last November 2022 and recently I’m getting an orange banner that says status unknown and the battery signal keeps telling me that the battery is low or to change the battery. I’m using Sony batteries I contacted through the app to Ambrosia to tell them about my problems. They sent me an invite for a test flight, but did not send me a pass code so I could sign onto the app therefore the app TestFlight cannot troubleshoot the bugs that are in your app for the Ambrosia link Blucon and I was on a chat with someone from Ambrosia but I can’t find that chat site any longer and someone from Ambrosia sent me an email told me not to change the battery. A few months ago Ambrosia requested me to send them the device and they would send a send a new one, instead they sent back the old device and said nothing was wrong with it. I bed to differ, either it’s their device or their app or both. $150 down the drain I am fed up with Ambrosia customer service.

They s is my third review. Your app is useless if the technology being used to supply the information does not work. The NightRider sold by Ambrosiasys to work with LinkBluCon does not read Freestyle Libre 2 with expiration beyond 09/30/2023. All of my recent sensors received from my online pharmacy have an expiration date after 12/30/2023 . I have not had a reading from NightRider so nice June 30th.

I purchased this LinkBluCon NightRider in 11/22. It worked well until June 30.2023. Last readings I received were on 6/30/23. All Ambrosiasys says they are working on the problem. It has been 49 days with no progress. Ambrosiasys says that LinkBluCon should work with censors dated 11/30/2023, but to date it has NOT worked. Pour customer service.
