It is your resource to manage your medical records, locations for treatment, parking options, and information to improve your experience at City of Hope. Has ability to integrate with Health app to allow users to share their mobile health information with their provider.
App won’t open
The app info says it works with my older iPhone but it will instantly close before it even opens all the way. I have deleted and reloaded several times but it still does the same thing. So now I just go to the mobile version of the website and find out my info there. It is ok but the Cancer Treatment Center of America app was a lot better. It worked better and you could actually see your scans on it.

Couldn’t be happier with the care Dr Castillo and all her team members gave us. The staff from the crossing guards in the parking area to the shuttle drivers to her care team have been excellent The care from the staff at Briskin has been great too

So, I’m 72 and this is my first real surprise ! You have cancer! I’m so impressed with the team that they have to work together and make me feel like I’m in the right place !! What I can tell you this IS THE RIGHT PLACE! I don’t know about IT, But they talk and give you the answers ! GOING INTO MY SURGERY YESTERDAY I WAS NEVER LEFT ALONE , There was someone at my side every minute SO! 👍. I’m just starting my road ,but I think I’ll be out on the golf course in 20 years still trying to hit that golf ball straight 🏌️

What is the point of having a pre check when we still need to check in when we get to our appointment. The whole point of a “pre-check” is to bypass the check in desk quickly not to verify info!! Dumb!! Do better in implementation of systems COH and let’s not trick the patients who are already going thru a lot.

Yes when we first came to City of Hope, we thought just for one moment there was hope and received a drop of that hope. Because when they can’t help you, they give up on you. They use doubtful words(unfortunately, we can’t scientifically help you, we are out of options, it’s time for that talk) and so quickly to move patient to nursing home, supportive care( and they are not even supportive) or hospice. They use fearful language around our love ones that gives them NO HOPE. They lie to cover up their mistakes and can’t be truthful to the family. The team is so disorganized and don’t communicate professionally. The first family meeting was with a nurse practitioner. How can you have a meeting without all active team members or the key players. I am seeing more and more patients suffer and the families losing their love ones because of not enough compassion towards God’s people. SIMPLE SADDENED MY HEART.

I just want to express my love for city of Hope , they are the greatest . When I was given no hope with only six to twelve months to live I came to city of Hope two years ago and doing well . My care team headed up by Dr Ajaz Khan ( best Dr in the world in my opinion) plus the infusion nurses ,are number one ,so caring and compassionate. Love City of Hope ❤️✝️ Pastor Houser
