Update Miss
Mostly fine but the recent update eliminates the year to date number of donations. It was handy but disappeared in favor of their promotion of their new rewards system. As usual, a loss of focus. As though most donors come for the souvenirs.

I have tried three times so far today to use this app to sign in for my donation later today. It freezes, restarts, asks for everything all over again and doesn't pick up where it left off. One way to encourage her to use the app would be to make one that actually functions. We know we're donating blood for something that you require payment for once we're in the hospital, would be nice to actually pay an app developer to make something that works

I constantly get text messages saying there is a critical need for blood. But every time I open this app and ask for a today appointment near me- it says there are no appointments available. Either there is a critical need or all appointment slots are taken- both things can not be true

United StatesRapidPass stuck on pregnancy question, refused donation
I got to my appointment, but the app kept getting stuck on the pregnancy question of RapidPass (which is not part of the app, but opens in an in-app browser window). I eventually gave up and went to check in, but to my surprise, the person told me that I was the last appointment of the day at 1:45 PM and because it was 1:50 PM, I couldn’t donate due to the 5-minute grace period. This was not written anywhere, and even then, I was technically within the 5 minutes but I didn’t want to argue with someone sticking a needle in my arm, so I left. Maybe if the app worked better, I would’ve been able to donate today.

I usually have no issues with the app. Today, it tells me I can donate power red on May 15, even though I made a whole blood donation March 20th, 2024. iOS 17.4.1 iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have a screenshot.
