Does not work
Way too many issues
Very unreliable
App all of a sudden stopped working on my iPhone 14. Can log in but can’t see any of my scheduled appointments on my calendar and some buttons don’t function. App still works on my iPhone 12 just fine.
Defective
The app Logs out continuously requiring multiple relogins most of which fail. Lost hours trying to connect. Reported the issue to amwell multiple times but they do not seem to care.
Not only is the app terrible, Amwell doesn’t pay on time - run!
Beyond the app being slow, counterintuitive, and just generally bad - Amwell will screw up your monthly direct deposit and tell you oh so gently they’ll be happy to fix it *next month*. Have fun paying your bills! Good luck!
App needs improvement
The app will only allow me to be set up under one account which prevents me from having an accurate view of my calendar and scheduled appointments. There should be a way to sign in and have access to each platform on AmWell just like one would on the web app.
Only some appointments show up on the calendar
It would be SUPER helpful if the scheduler worked across ALL platforms. As it is, a lot of my appointments don’t show up in my calendar.
Continuous connection issues
I get the circular “wait” signal when logging in with a patient waiting and the screen is frozen/locked. Only option is to restart, which I sometimes do 7-10 times before it randomly works or I get a call from NOC as to why I have not seen the patient yet. Re-install, phone restart, force quitting other apps makes no difference. Easily the most frustrating part of being a provider. Please put more priority on fixing this.
