Slow and no images
I suddenly can't send or receive images and it's so incredibly slow to open the app when I receive a new message
No notification
I received message an hour ago but no notification at all. My phone is not mute. It’s harming the patient’s safety if this keeps happening. I think I just updated the app that’s the reason why it is not working
Can’t use Siri dictation
Apparently we can’t use voice to text due to privacy concerns. Roles are ill-defined and difficult to locate easily (though that might be an issue with our institution rather than with the app itself).
Gets laggy when typing messages.
Gets laggy when typing causing auto correct to add words you did not intend. This worsens if you have multiple messages.
Feedback
Works well but a couple suggestions it would be nice to be able to just add people to a group instead of recreating a whole group and it would be helpful to be able to rename groups so it establishes what the group is for rather than the just the people that are in it. Otherwise it’s nice and secure and works well.
Closes after logging in
As soon as I login, it establishes the user session and then immediately closes, never fully opening the app. I wonder if it’s related to updated iOS. Can you please look into this? It may need an update. Thanks.
Getting better
A lot of improvements have been made in the last year, but many of them require the latest iBus upgrades. Being a cloud-based deployment makes that a lot easier than locally hosted. There are still quite a few things I have out in the ideas space that may up this rating whenever they are developed.
