Right out of the box
Right out of the box I hooked it up downloaded the Wise Smart app and it worked perfectly. I then turned it on the next day and it wanted to update the firmware on the camera , so I let it update and my camera is toasted. it was only out of the box and used one time, this is a crock.
Samsung screwed me
As iOS user, I am blocked from my own cameras with the new update. I can’t roll back to previous version like android users can. I will change to ring cameras because of this with their app.
Need 2.30 on iphone
2.31 is just bad and not available service for existing device is just crazy.
Bad product/the works customer service
Bad! Litarelly the worst product! Never buy or use something from them.
Dropped Support for Samsung Cameras without Notice
After 2.31 Update, Samsung SmartCamHD cameras are no longer supported. Please remove Cloud service and continue supporting these models or allow users to roll-back with a prior release. Not acceptable to not push a notification first to existing users.
Dropped support for older cameras
I understand that they dropped support for cloud service for the older cameras, but I have never had the cloud service, I just record and view on my local memory chip in the camera. But this also stopped me from viewing my cameras altogether. Please don’t block local access when you claim this is related to cloud services. You just made my entire camera investment in your perfectly good cameras useless now. Horrible way to treat your customers that have been with you since the beginning.
Do not buy Samsung Camera!
I had a few cameras around the house that suddenly all stopped working at once. Samsung decided to turn off support for those cameras, nothing wrong with them. So now I have to go out and buy all new cameras. I can GUARANTEE they will not be Samsung. Buy a nest or different camera, Samsung is terrible.
