ALWAYS LOSES CONNECTION!!!
For Absolutely NO REASON AT ALL… my Q6 camera loses connection. I have followed all instructions and contacted seller. Each time they fail to help or replace my camera!! STOP SELLING THIS MODEL UNTIL YOU FIX THE CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM!!

App and cameras work fine
I’m not using their cloud service just local SD card recording. The app is clearly structured and the 3 cameras work well. My only complain is the siren can get triggered by motion but not by motion alert which a schedule can be set for. So it is not possible to have Siren triggered only at night for example. Hope Wansview will fix that in their next app update. Then I will by more.
Failed after two years of being used….
I love my camera but out of no where I can’t see the live video I uninstalled the app reset it the camera multiple times and nothing. Can I get tech support??

Slow unreliable and was not notified that your cloud only records when there’s motion until after I paid

Overall this is a great app! Have not had any problems with anything: recordings, access, great night vision, rich notifications… it’s all very good and good prices on plans… or free with limited extras! Either way- it’s a great system!
Terrible
Bought 4 cameras for Christmas. They aren’t cheap. The cameras worked great for a few months. Then without warning, they all 4 stopped working. I can’t get any of them to connect to the app. Customer service is now ignoring me. Steer clear of these cameras people.
