Best caregiving app
I use three other apps for part time work and this is the best one. I think it’s well thought out from the details I am able to add to my profile, I information provided by families, and the application process. I would like to be able to search by dates and times in more detail on my phone but the browser version has those capabilities.

I signed up for the quarterly membership, and I thought I canceled after a payment last cycle. When I was charged for the latest quarter, I emailed immediately asking to cancel my membership, but UrbanSitter refused to do so. So I’ve now paid for 6 months of a product I stopped using (because it wasn’t worth it in any event). Would give zero stars if I could.

I could not figure out how to simply pull up a carefully written posting I made for a job two years ago. I had to write it from scratch. Resurrecting a previous posting is an obvious and common use case. Why is it so difficult to find? Likewise, I could not figure out how to give a review of a caregiver. I had two great caregivers. I wanted to give them a compliment for all to see, and I could not figure it out. Another obvious and frequent use case that alluded my eyes. That said, the network of providers is big.

I spent an hour crafting the perfect profile just to be met with a $90 paywall. As a college student I simply can’t afford this. This paywall creates a disadvantage to caregivers of lower socioeconomic statuses by disallowing them to connect with families. Please reconsider providing an accessible platform for both families and caregivers
