Urban company management team not good

The parlour staff is good but the management needs improvement. Today was the 4th time my booking was cancelled. The booking time was 10 am and at 11:07 they called to say that it will be cancelled and if I want to re schedule for tomorrow. Every time they have car trouble or something. They should atleast inform 30 minutes before schedule time if professional will be late or any issue.

Stupid company, find another cleaning company

I booked cleaning for my house, I went to work and I left the door open and the cleaner just went there and sat in front of the door for 30 minutes. Did not try to contact me, did not try to open the door or anything AND I LEFT THE DOOR OPEN.

Terrible booking and scheduling experience

The company changes the scheduling however they wish, and then tell you the rescheduling was on your end!! Moreover, the cleaning professionals do not receive the tips they are awarded on the app and are sometimes delayed for several months. Only shows how humanely they treat their staff.

Frustrating trying to get help through the app

The app has NO way to reach a real person if you need help. If your issue is not among the ones listed, you’re stuck. Trying to get a receipt with the accurate details but unable to get it.
