Professional cleaner broke my toilet. She was working in the bathroom, and I heard some noise of something falling. When confronted, she denied any wrongdoing, while we clearly heard something crack. Spoke to Tasneem from the JustLife team, who escalated my case to the Escalation Team. 72h later Mohamed Khalid got back to me and responded with this gem “She found the toilet seat broken in that condition, and she had already informed you about it.” And accordingly, they absolved themselves from any responsibility, and now I have to pay thousands of dirhams to replace a toilet that she had broken during a service rendered by JustLife. Let me paint you a picture of what really happened: The professional went on cleaning the house the entire time, and didn’t say anything at all. Upon finishing her work she told me she’s done, and I went to inspect her work before discharging her. And then and there, I witnessed the cracked toilet, and I remembered hearing some noise of something falling earlier during the session, back when she was working in the bathroom. I confronted her about it - she acted like she didn’t even notice it before. Funny how I was the one that confronted her about the broken toilet, after I heard a noise of something falling, and now she claims that she informed be about the broken toilet before she started working, when that never even happened. Her story doesn’t add up, and their excuse, and them absolving themselves that way is pathetic. I’ve used JustLife, previously known as Justmop since 2020. That’s how they treat their loyal customers. I strongly advise you not to use JustLife… I’ve heard so many incidents where friends had jewelry stolen, and times where professionals say they started working and they never even arrive in the first place. And now I’ve witnessed first hand how they don’t take ownership of damages that happened during their service, lie about what happened, and treat their customers that way. Steer clear from them.

Just horrible service. Some of their seevices are outsourced and the company outsourced to and what you are charged for do not match. To get what you were promised and paid for you need to FIGHT with both justlife AND the outsourced to company. So you think this will save you tome and annoyance but all they will do is over charge you and increase your stress levels.
