Need to improve App.
The app does not give the opportunity to set an Automatic on/off times for the alarm system. It’s would be much more useful app if it let the user set a on/off program similar to a thermostat.
Very Unsatisfied
Multiple Issues with app not updating the current status of my alarm. Unable to refresh to be able to Reset/Set Alarm once we’ve left home. Will not clear/bypass alarm codes.
Bug with Arming
The app doesn’t arm my system the first time around. After it times out, I try again and it arms the system immediately. This issue has been the same for a couple of years. This issue is easily reproducible. There are no issues with my panel’s connection to the internet or any other excusable factors which may lead to this. It is either a server-side issue or something wrong within the app itself.
Extremely Glitchy
Using this for our alarm, that app has been, and remains, extremely glitchy. It will often freeze when trying to open it, give false confirmations of the alarm being armed or disarmed, or just sporadically not work with the alarm in general.
Please “Dumb it down”!!
Being a Baby Boomer is tough enough, but the millennials are so “into technology” with jargon, technical terms and procedures that we (who invented the computer, find it hard do do more than check e-mails! Do you also ask your Grandparents to do their own tune-up on their SUV??

Slow, locks up all the time with iOS 17. Will not work with VPN!!!
Works Great
Never thought I would use something like this. But it’s so simple and easy to use. A great way to be aware of your home and security system when you are not there.
