App won’t open
The app won’t open anymore. It actually seems to quit itself anytime I try to tap on it.

I bought two of these and they only delivered one and then for 4 to 5 months ignored all of my emails about the second device. I finally got my money back only because I put in a complaint with my credit card company. The credit card company finally reverse the charges and I got my money back due to the complaint because the company never responded to the credit card companies inquiry either. I will give them props that the device itself is quite nice and cute, but when you can’t depend on a company to do the right thing, I would steer clear. That’s just my two cents.

We’ve had our tidbit for over a year, all of a sudden we are having issues with apps on updating. The weather stays the same days and won’t update to the current. I always have to restart it and unplug to get the connecting message off the screen. It’s just not working like it used to and it’s pretty disappointing.

Of course the developers don’t answer your questions so I give it a three Star because lots of apps need keys or API’s to work. No information on how to get those keys or API’s.

Love It's cute, it's fun It's versatile Hate 4 years in and Firmware is still version 1. The apps crash out ALL THE TIME Many apps just won't work It feels like they gave up on the idea

We fixed a bug where the app would crash on startup on around 30% of devices. Sorry about that! We added a button for deleting your entire account if you'd like to do that.
