The Folde picked up my laundry bag and returned the laundry on time. However they did not return two sets of expensive sheets that were included in the bag. After me leaving several phone and text messages they have not responded over the past week. Seems like they don’t care that they kept two of my sheets sets. Not a single peep from them other than a generic “we are looking into this” text three days ago. Terrible service and now I’m out two sets of expensive sheets.
For the service, not the app.
The app is fine. The service though… they lost about 75% of the clothes I sent out and now nobody will reply to me about where they are. They reassured me that they have slow mo play by play and mark your clothes so they can track them all the way through… Since it’s been several weeks since I reached out with no reply, I can only assume this is an admission of guilt and that they lost hundreds or thousands of dollars in clothing. You’ve been warned.
Poor Customer Service/Rough Unclean Clothes
They folded the clothes but that’s about it. Paid extra for softener, and clothes came back rough and without any hint of being laundered with any detergents. This has happened three times now and I’m still waiting to hear back from them to resolve the issue. In the meantime I’m having to BUY socks, underwear, jeans and tees for my family because of their negligence to clean my clothes properly.
Immaculate service
This has by far been the best service I’ve ever used and the app is so easy to use. Everything is broken down so that even a Karen couldn’t complain about getting confused. From the actual wash all the way to the steamed shirts, free of charge by the way, their service is unmatched. Where would I be without the folde...probably just buying more cloth.
