Since check in on the app is not an appointment, this app is of little value. Supercuts should inform us that online checking is meaningless

Very fluid app and it’s extremely self explanatory. Two suggestions! - create a rewards system in the app that tracks how many times you have had your hair cut. Offer a $5 discount after 10 visits. Maybe product discounts as well. -stylist review! I have my two stylists that a prefer when I visit. Let’s get the stylists some stars in the app! Also, create a favorite stylist option in the app, app notifies you when your stylist is working or has some extra slots available!

Services available only show your brand’s name for the service but there is room for the entire description… with Salon info from list or map & checking in there is a bunch of room to show the description of the service instead of making customers click on app menu>services to see it and have to navigate back. Also no prices listed in the app or online. Competition lists prices in app & online, service descriptions during check in process. I’m heading to your competition instead & uninstalling the app.

You cannot make an appointment the day before. This is so stupid and very poor customer service….Even with an appointment I have to wait awhile when I am on time.

About 80% of the time when I try to check in the app gives me an error saying the time slot is not longer available. Then why present it to me as available? Its almost useless. Fix it.

The past few times I have tried to use the app, I have had to sit 30 minutes or more past my reservation time. I am done with Supercuts and it’s app. If Supercuts does not value my time, why should I value its service?
