Used to be able to pay easily through their web payment. Now it requires this piece of excrement app. Created account, still doesn’t allow login. Total junk.

The barcode scanner never works, and there’s no way to contact support or some customer service. If you aren’t going to upkeep the app anymore, just get rid of it!!!! You’re better off getting a different app for points, or just none at all…

This app is the worst. I first tried to create an account months ago and it wouldn’t work. My husband tried the next time we had an opportunity - after going through the set up process we were both told our password was incorrect upon our initial attempts to log into the app. We both tried resetting the password and the code was never sent to either of us. We made the restaurant owner aware, he tried resetting his pw and had the same issue. And, good luck finding help. Useless waste of time.

More than half the time the payment options don’t show up, so I have to pay at the counter. Defeats the purpose of using the app. Fix this!

The app itself is “alright” but by that I mean you can order food but there are several things that don’t actually work in the app. 1) Has ApplePay as a payment option but never works. 2) You get rewards but you can’t actually apply them to your purchase. Can’t redeem within the app - but you’re using the app to order so you can’t really call the restaurant to then have them apply it. Sort of defeats the entire point of even having rewards to use? Overall the app seems half baked and like the people that designed it don’t actually use it.

Truly the worst app. I tried it. Wouldn’t work. Called to place a phone order. No one answered and the message kept telling me you are next in line but I should use the app. Hung up after 30 minutes. Townies I Have gotten all my pizza elsewhere since. Sorry, but loyalty will only get you so far.
