This app definitely help to keep tabs on love ones and family members but the work of such tracking apps is usually limited because you always need to access the device you want to keep tabs on in order for the tracking app to work effectively. My question is if i can access the device i want to hack, why would I need it hacked? But i understand we hack devices due to different intentions and to recover some information that must have been deleted or kept from being easily seen, the device will be required to be cloned. Being unfaithful gives rise to a whole lot of issues and situations that might be very difficult to cope with if you don't have an account of what is really going down with your partner when you are not together. Watch constantly overheated and would stop working. Upgraded to original phone. Stopped working after 6 months. Sent a replacement phone (plus 5+ hours chatting etc w customer service, ), new phone didn’t work. Asked for the newer version Gabb pro, as my oldest child has the phone and it worked. Refused to send me a working phone unless I signed a new 2 year contract. Wanted to send me a 3rd original version Gabb phone and a 2nd replacement chip. 2 months without a working phone due to slow response time. After 2 hrs on chat troubleshooting, the rep asked if we could try again later (they had no idea how to fix the phone!) and ended our session. Now charging me a cancellation fee. Avoid them at all costs.

I have never had this much trouble linking a new device to an account. This is a horrible process. Their customer service will ask for your pin in a chat. Seems to me that defeats the purpose of a PIN. Do Better Gabb.

We’ve had a Gabb watch for 2 years. Upgraded recently and then my daughter lost her watch. We had to purchase a new one and adding it was rather simple but it isn’t accepting or receiving calls from me or my husband although we are approved on the call list. The GPS doesn’t always work, and didn’t work when the phone was lost and was turned on. We couldn’t see where it was. So that was frustrating. Overall though we did enjoy its use. Kids have loved it. Grandparents love talking to kids on it.

The gabb watch and the app are garbage. We’ve replaced ours three times and the gps location still doesn’t work.

My child’s watch location is not working again. It says it was last seen a week ago. The last time this happened I was on the phone with support for an hour and they had to reset the cell network connection for the watch. Calls and texts work fine, it just does not send its location correctly. Did I get a lemon? This is the second time this has happened. Not very happy with Gabb at this point.

My 8 year old loves it, I love it, I love that she can get ahold of me , and I can get ahold of her, In a crazy world. Accidentally washed & dried it and it STILL WORKED ! Thank you to the parents that brought this idea to life.
