What’s the point of logging in?
Ordering is easy, but it doesn’t show purchase history, no way to track orders and even though you’re logged in, you still have to type out everything for check out, every single time. So, not sure what the point of having an account. You can order from the web as a guest with the same affect.

While I am logged in to my account in the app, I’m not sure what the benefit of that is, because literally my only account options are to delete my account lol. I can’t look at my orders I’ve placed in the same account on the website, and therefore can’t check in on tracking progress, much less anything else account related. I’m not sure what the point is of having an app with such limited functionality. Monin syrups are still great though!

I have been trying for days to place an order on the web and the app. It’s a terrible experience. The screen freezes and what I am told is in stock is not on the app. I guess you don’t want my business. I even contacted the company and was told in an email what I want is in stock. Very frustrating experience??????

Why won’t you update this app so it will allow you to place an order when accessing from an iPad? You have to go to an iPhone to do that. Really poor.
