What is happening with the app?!
I’ve been using the realtor.com for years. I’ve worked in app and web development, so I can be critical about functionality gaps and bugs. This has been a horrible rollout of changes. We’re actively searching for homes in a statewide area and trying to narrow it down to a more specific region before picking a realtor. The app and website have been down most of the week when we try. I deleted the app and went to Zillow - that bad. Why - WHY - would you reduce functionality and information to the public? Limiting the tax information, utilities, etc. simply makes the process more difficult for those trying to filter down to a specific desired area. We always choose a realtor after focusing on a specific region to not waste precious time for agents. Am I missing something here? All the listings have one picture tonight (most didn’t load at all this week) and the listing says “Contact agent for details.” Can you all shed some light on what’s happening to our formerly beloved app? Please tell me this is not the way you all intended to “improve” the app for this release. This does not promote more action for agents from our household - it makes us want to delete and use another application.

The app has been updated and it’s horrendous now. I used to be able to click on a property and I could then look at all the pictures. Now, however, I can only see all the pictures of a property from the main list screen. And I have to swipe through the smaller thumbnail pictures there. If I click on any property it just shows the main picture and no additional photos. It’s very annoying that I can’t see the photos in detail. I pretty much have to start looking for a different app to use now.

Use this app daily. In fact, used it this afternoon and it was working fine. This evening, no matter what property is selected, only “three” photos included with each. No longer shows MLS listing photos. Tried logging in to “fix” but that didn’t work. App has been ruined.

The app, all of a sudden, won’t let me view more than one pic for houses that have more than one photo. Annoying really.

App makes it easy to search properties. I would love if the app allowed to search by 1/2 baths not just whole baths, since I am not interested in 1 bath homes but 1.5 baths is ok. Also, search for fee-simple ownership types.

I reported a tech issue with disappearing photos and photos that were not available on their app but available on other real estate apps. Got response quickly from tech team. Thought the problem was fixed. It started happening again so I called to report it. Was told by customer service it wasn’t fixable that their tech team had tried and was unable to fix it. They suggested I use a different real estate app. Hello Zillow! No problem at Zillow. Thanks Realtor.com for steering me to an app that actually works 100% of the time.
