Expired houses always show
The app was initially helpful, but in the past few months I’ve experienced numerous glitches. For example, every time I search, the map is filled with grey circles (expired properties). I’ve tried resetting search, logging out, deleting the app… nothing has worked. It makes it very confusing to search. Additionally, if I change from searching for ‘homes’ to ‘land’, homes still show up, even when I reset the search. These issues make the app frustrating to use. Zillow is easier.

I go to filter houses in my price range and only residential and it used to take away all those that didn’t meet criteria from the map, it doesn’t do this anymore and makes the app pretty unusable.

The filters don’t work. They don’t care. It’s such a simple and easy thing to fix but nobody’s paying attention. I’ll fix it for free. Do better.

I have a prior review and would love to show you your screw ups via video. Point is you keep messing with attributes that were perfectly fine. Now the search of f’ed up! Now the attribute are registering. JUST LEAVE IT ALONE!

Used to be a very functional, useful, reliable tool for searching houses while being connected to real estate agent. Now the “filter updated” notification at top of screen interrupts the search. And as of a month ago (September 2023) every listing clicked on inside map scrolls over to a completely different area of the search. Don’t even bother trying to scroll back to your map area bc then you loose the listing. So look at 1000s of listings “listed” or deal with a programming glitch of reviewing a listing 100 miles away from origin of listing. Oh and redownloading won’t suffice the programmer’s glitches.

Ever since what ever you did to the app back in July (or June) it’s cr4p. Like resets EVERY. DOESNT save previous settings. Star properties don’t always show in viewing. All around 2 stars just bc of update.

Its so hard finding what you’re looking for on here. I feel we should be able to filter land ownership (leasehold vs fee simple, etc) and community types (55+ communities are all my app shows!). Its also hard to unsave your favorites, etc. make it easier to use!!
