Identify with MitID Doesn’t Work
Had another person who wished me to pick up a package on their behalf use the Identify with MitID function, but just receive “ Unhandled exception” after signing in and entering their CPR number.

Finding it very frustrating that you only get automated responses when you are trying to get something answered. And that you can’t chat with someone in person.
Worst customer service
The customer service ignores you for hours, if I could choose a different service I would’ve unfortunately the sender used this. Avoid!!!
Totally Unable to Help
If you’re trying to use this app to contact post nord, it is recommended you just cut your losses. They don’t want to help you as evidence by their garbage chat robot, and you will never talk to a real person. Ship with someone else and end up happier, the new post nord slogan
Worst delivery service ever
Customer service was completely unhelpful. The app was completely unhelpful. The mailman messed up and couldn’t figure out how to deliver my package so they marked as “return to sender” despite me living in a big city and having received so many packages before at my address with no problems. There was no problem with the address written on the package and no way of fixing it. No way of calling them and the customer service had no other information about what went wrong.

A nuisance!
PostNord sends a notification at nearly every stage of the delivery process. I receive 4-5 messages telling me my package is on its way or received by delivery company or cleared customs. I can’t tell if I’m supposed to pick it up or not: I’ve gone to pick up a package only to find it’s not there. Just send one message: YOUR PACKAGE HAS ARRIVED. PICK IT UP HERE. Super simple and clear.
