I am quite impressed by the Nol Pay app's functionality. However, I believe it would greatly enhance user convenience if we could transition to a cardless system, incorporating a digital card within the app and digital wallets like Apple wallet. While I acknowledge its availability on Huawei phones, it is crucial to expand this feature to iPhones and all devices, aligning with the broader goal of realizing Digital Dubai's mission.
United StatesGreat to check nol card balance, but login not working
As the title says, I can easily check the balance of my nol card using my phone’s NFC reader, but unfortunately I can’t top up the card within the app. It’s a fine app overall, but can’t confirm my SMS because it doesn’t send me one. I’m using a Spanish phone number but I assume it doesn’t work with other numbers according to the reviews here. I hope the problem get’s fixed soon!

I couldn’t register as the system wouldn't send me a OTP sms. I already registered an account with my email but in order to use the app it requires a phone OTP… I tried 4 times and gave up.
