I purchased this key finder for my mom and I never even received an email in order to register the device! This was such a waste of money if you never receive the email in order to use the device! I also wasn’t even able to download or find the app in the Google Play Store on her Galaxy S7 so I had to use my iPhone, smh!

No working aspect of this product at all. Can’t even use it without their permission and no one works there apparently. App locks you out without a email. If you get yours working write a review and tell us!!! I’m stuck with mine sadly...

I signed up for an account and was prompted to look for an email for verification. It never arrived. I went to the itrex website and sent them a note. No response. The website FAQs said it may take up to 48 hours to be received. And nothing. Deleted app and tried again. There is no modern app that makes you wait 2 days before using. How did this ever get released to the App Store?

Never received sign up to my email. Couldn't get through to "help" line...this is a total rip off can't believe Walgreens even sells this product. Waste of my time and money.
United StatesScam? Registration and website fails
Giving this 48 hours and then informing the state attorney general of fraud. Submitted email registration on Friday 29-Apr and 72 hours later nothing but crickets. Website fails to complete contact us form on an infinite loop captcha issue. Left message with Viatek the parent company for iTrex recommending they replace the IT staff. Never had a product that advertised as perfect s fit for my needs and failed so miserably to even function out of the box. Save yourself the trouble if you can and go use Tile. Not as many features but at least it works!
