Absolute trash app. I bought an Echelon bike that is now unusable because the app will not allow me to login due to an “unknown error.” Tried on 2 iPhones and an iPad with the same issue. No fix with redownloading the app, restarting my phone, or anything…. According to reddit, this started after an update 2 weeks ago. Clearly a new bug fix is needed ASAP. Emailed the developer, so we will see if we get a response.

The app as a whole works fine for me. I use it on my iPhone and never had any issues. I do wish there were more descriptive class summaries. For instance I want to take an upper body class and then find out it’s shoulders only. Put that in the description! Or a Pilates class that’s like the third class in a series. Or a mobility class that is specifically designed for hinging exercises. Just describe exactly what the class is and the equipment! The music I’ll always have an issue with. I wish you can turn the music down and play your own. Another great thing would be being able to search by a hashtag so if I wanted to search for pass for upper back and shoulder mobility it’s be great to search “shoulders”. Anyway I don’t see the app improving much but I’m still using it since I have the bike.

Not intuitive at all, I can’t even listen to my Apple Music. It forces you to listen to elevator music on the scenic bike rides! Awful!

The tablet on my bike no longer works because it won’t update. It sits at 100% downloaded for days and doesn’t change. I used to be able to bypass it and now it won’t let me. Not great. Or impressed with the system integration. Outside of that, the bike itself is really well built. But you can’t use it without the app.

Bike is ok, but software support is worse than terrible. There has been an app update problem (I believe it is associated with FitOS) for several months now, still no fix. Just search the internet, and you will see how bad the problem still is. Look for other brand, don’t waste your money and energy.
