Easy to earn points on healthy food items. I have other apps that offer points but this app gives the most by far. Points are easy to redeem & gift cards arrive in my email & on the app quickly. Highly recommend.

This app use to be great. So great that I told all my friends to download. But now looks like they are having money issues. They are making it difficult to get the points for the purchased items by making excuses to send photo of item to verify and back and forth. Mind you Joe all items were verified when scanned the barcode in the app. The last straw was getting an email saying I buy too much food for one person and closed my account. The receipt I submitted had 1 jar of pasta sauce 1 salad dressing 1 bag of dry pasta and 2 boxes of cookies. Can some tell me why those items are excessive for one person ? So caution in the beginning it’s good than they put obstacles so you won’t get the gift cards. There are way better apps that do the same thing and better are not limited to a small number of brands. Don’t download.get fetch or Ibotta way better and higher rewards. Also they use to give you 100 points for any receipt now it’s 25 and they limit to 10 a week. Just not worth the trouble anymore.

I have been using this app for over a year and had a great experience up until now. I had almost a value of $400 worth of points. My account was suspended and shut down, and they are refusing to cash out my points. Absolutely ridiculous that I have spent this much time earning points, and you won’t have the ethical decency to cash out the points and send a gift card. They have a ridiculous process as of recently, where they are constantly asking recently for pictures of stuff saying it's not verified when it's clearly written on the receipt and if you don't want to send the pictures, because by the time I saw the email, I used the product, because it's food!! And if you just say don't add those points, then who cares, then you will be punished by having your account suspended. Which makes no sense. If someone doesn't want to bother with a huge inconvenience, sending pictures of food products and forgo those points for that item, that should be their choice. There is no company that has you constantly emailing and sending pictures to verify a product. So upset over my loss of points I have tried to reach out and get my points cashed out, and they refused to help.

This app is a scam, customer service is a nightmare and the points aren’t worth all of the hassle for a few pennies in the end - save yourself the headache and go with Ib0tta or F3tch rewards instead. This app won’t last long, word of mouth in the community that uses this app the most is spreading. And user experience matters.

Requesting pictures of items you purchased that are clearly shown on the receipt does not make sense. They request pictures of items that used to automatically give you the points but now they need to see a picture of the item and the barcode. I took pictures in the store because I knew I was gonna throw away the packaging, but that wasn’t enough either. Then they requested a digital copy of my in store receipt from the grocery stores website. I looked all over the website and no such thing exists. They just look for reasons to not give you the redemption. They raised the Walmart gift card from 5000 points to 15,000 points but then when I reached 15,000 points, they wanted verification for items I submitted, but no longer have the packaging. I wasn’t even awarded points for these items but they’re telling me I need to verify them in order to redeem the $15 Walmart gift card? Don’t even bother with this app. They make you jump through hoops and then just deny you anyways.

Ask them, even the ones that did make it to $5( handful) ended up getting their account deleted as soon as they tried to cash out. You would think after 6 MONTHs, 10 receipts m a week, almost 8000 points I’d have something to show my now..NOPE! Rules changed and I’m done with this app but I want my 8000 to go to Red Cross (they have a donation also) but guess what you have to have 10,000 to even do that also. Let’s see if y’all can at least do one thing right and DONATE what I earned!!!!!!
