Not great
Service was supposed to start at 3 pm. The driver was at the door at 2 pm while I was at work. The visit was canceled. Customer service: “There is nothing we can do; we can’t arrange to deliver service when the customer is home.” I ended up paying for a service that I didn’t receive, and no attempts to make up for the lost visit or any effort to make the customer satisfied. They don’t care.

طلبت عاملة منهم الفترة الثانيه من ١٠ الصباح الى ١٢ غلطوا وجابوها الفتره الاولى ٧ الصباح وماقدرت استقبلها والخطأ كان منهم، ثم عوضوني بزيارة ثانية ولمن وصلت العامله كلموها خلوها ترفض العمل، غلطوا اول مره بالوقت وثاني مره طلبوا منها ترفض الشغل !! اكلمهم محد متجاوب معي لا بزيارة تعويضيه زي الناس ولا رجعوا فلوسي انتبهوا منهم !!

الصراحه حتى نص نجمه مايستاهلون تعامل سيء بعد مااندفع المبلغ وجلست انتظر مايقارب الاسبوعين في نفس اليوم داقين علي يقولون الموقع مايغطي ليش مو من البدايه موضحين وبعد كل شي يقولون بينخصم منك رسوم المبلغ مايرجع كامل!! تعامل خايس ماانصح احد يتعامل معاهم
