So buggy
The app was working moderately well—some hanging, a few glitches here and there, etc.—and then suddenly, the app totally reset itself, requiring me to re-enter my information (including this cryptic public official number—if you’re not a Korean-speaker, good luck finding that one). If that were not bad enough, it refuses to accept my address. If I try the “Find Address” flow, it gives me a mysterious “Address translation failure” error (regardless of whether I write my address in Korean or English). If I try to add it directly, I get an even more mysterious error about requiring coordinates or something. So basically, I’m now locked out of the app, and have no idea what I’m supposed to do. Some help please?

배터리가 일단 너무 빨리 닳아서 뭘 할 수가 없고 2시간 마다 휴대폰 위치 변화가 없으면 알림 옴… 자가격리 하는데 그럼 위치 변화가 없지 뭐 어쩌라는 건지 모르겠음 특히 계속 충전기에 꽂아 놔야 하는데 어떻게 위치를 바꾸라구요

해외에서 입국하고, 공항에서 검사받고 집에 와서 자고 일어났는데 앱이 초기화 됨.. 그래서 다시 시작하려고 했는데 현제 화면을 유지하세요 담당자 확인 후 설치 완료됩니다 *입국 전 시전 설치 불가 이거 떠서 아무것도 못함.. 담당자는 모른다 공항 담당자도 모른다 보권소는 자기쪽은 모른다 앱 관리 쪽은 전화 그냥 안받음 1339도 모른다 앱이 너무 부실해요.. 3일째 아무 연락도 없고, 이 리뷰 보면 좀 도와주세요..
