생활교통수단으로의 자전거 이용활성화를 도모하여 서울시의 교통체증, 대기오염, 고유가 문제를 해결하고 건강한 사회 및 시민들 삶의 질을 높이고자 마련되었습니다.
이용대상 ｜ 만 13세 이상 (만 13세는 회원가입 필요 )
운영시간 ｜ 24시간 연중 무휴
이용요금 ｜1시간권 : 1일권 1천원 / 정기권 1주일 3천원, 1개월 5천원, 6개월 1만5천원, 1년권 3만원
2시간권 : 1일권 2천원 / 정기권 1주일 4천원, 1개월 7천원, 6개월 2만원 , 1년권 4만원
01. 이용권 구매
‘서울자전거 홈페이지’ 또는 ‘서울자전거-따릉이’앱에서 구매할 수 있습니다.
앱은 스마트폰 앱스토어에서 다운받아 설치하시면 됩니다.
02. 대여하기
- LCD형 따릉이 : 대여화면에서 자전거 번호 입력 -> LCD 에 이용권번호 입력하여 대여가능합니다.
- QR형 따릉이 : QR코드 촬영 후 따릉이 이용이 가능합니다.
03. 안전주행
주행전 브레이크와 타이어, 체인 상태를 꼭 확인하세요.
주행시 이용자 안전을 위해 안전모 등 안전장구를 착용하고, 교통법규를 준수하세요.
안전한 따릉이 운행을 위해서는 이어폰 사용을 자제해주세요.
04. 반납하기
서울 시내의 모든 사울자전거 대여소에 반납 할 수 있습니다.
자전거 잠금장치를 잠그면 반납처리 됩니다.
('반납되었습니다'라는 음성멘트와 안내문자를 통해 정상처리여부를 꼭 확인하세요!)

App Crash on English Language
If you set the language to English, it will crash every time you start the app and you need to download it again. This does not occur if you leave the language on Korean Please fix this issue! 감사합니다!

I’m an exchange student so I do not have a Korean I’d number to purchase the regular way. On the foreigner section the app always crashes and has me start over and now it’s not letting me purchase a pass at all.

I paid for the climate card so I could use the bikes, but the app crashes any time I try to open it. It’s totally unusable. Don’t waste your money on the extra 3,000 won for the climate card if you have an iPhone. Also, developers please include an English option for Korean residents. There are many people who live in Korea but are not fluent yet and have to screenshot and papago every page and notification 😭 There’s an English option available but not for residents. It is also more appropriate to title the tourist section as “tourist” instead of “foreigner”.

It is the stupidest thing keeps saying error had occurred and won’t let me use the pass I paid for all day. Terrible app hope this will let me get the refund

따릉이 생활 벌써 3년째... 지하철에서 내려 회사까지 15분 걸어가야하는데 따릉이 때문에 반으로 줄었어요^^ 따릉이 앱이 발전할수록 사용이 용이해졌으나 아직도 종료할때 가끔식 종료가 안되 고객센터를 통해 강제 종료하고 있습니다 이것만 보완해주시면 감사하겠습니다^^

4년째 사용중인데, 제 인생 최고의 서비스인거같아요~ 더욱더 확대되어, 따릉이도 대여소도 많이늘어났으면 좋겠어요~ 다만, 마일리지 사용처 좀 확대해주세요. 쌓이기만하고 쓸데가 없네요 ㅠㅠ
