Cannot delete account
The app has a delete area. However when you check all boxes to delete account, it doesn’t delete. There is red type at bottom of screen that says delete. When you touch it just takes you back to your account.

The screen is error 10/05/2023 I can’t open my iVuiet all day 10/14/23 I can’t open the iVuiet please do restart 10/14/23 I can’t open the iVuiet all day I can’t open the iVuiet 3/23/24 If I try open the iVuiet it is a white screen and I not see anything 4/6/24 I have to do 7Eleven, but I can’t see anything on my screen on the iVuiet 4/9/24 The screen is error I can’t open 4/20/24 I’m on the location there I need to do a work I can’t open my iVuet 5/03/24

When I tap “my vues “ tab it just loads and loads so now I can access my vues that I’ve already accepted in order to complete them.

Things were going great at first, but now there seems to be an issue that I can’t get resolved, so my liking the app so much is changing by the day, since they usually review my Vues immediately but haven’t done one now for a week and support hasn’t been able to get it done either so I’m at my wits end as to how to get help I need…hoping they get things corrected so I can re-review them with a better rating!?!

More buttons needs to be created that kets the Vuer take back and send back, add notes to a specific Vue, and also link the messages that are only in the specific Vue. When I talk about a Vue, I should be able to talk from that assignment so that help desk sees that assignment, and I dont have to spend a bunch if time explaining what Im talking about.

I have been working through this app for 2 weeks now. Positive: they got work bear me. When doing the assignment the app works great. But before getting to the site and doing the assignment, the process of saving the assignment , making notes, and passing messages is worst in the business. All messages just go to a general box answered by different people. One day they will accept screenshots of assignments you want opened up (cause you got to wait for someone to get back with you, usually after a few questions to make sure that we all waste a bunch if time, instead of being able to just click and start making calls), other days more questions after you sent in the screenshots. No phone lines to talk to a human being. Was told they were going to pass my concerns to someone in management and they would get back to me… didn't happen.
