I bought the security system from Lowells had nothing but problems. Constantly having to call them. Shut it down reboot the system updated whatever they would have me do. Most of the time it wouldn’t even work🤷🏻♂️shut it down for a while. House unsecured because of The poor security system. Turn it back on to see if they got some better updates😂 try again for a while and go through the same stuff all over again. Lowe’s don’t stand behind their products they say they sent a letter out🤷🏻♂️ never received one therefore we are out of luck spent lots of money might as well throw $$$ in the trash😢 because we all know money grows on trees right🤷🏻♂️

This is the worst system ever. The first gen did so much more and worked flawless this new hub is absolutely a piece of crap. I really wonder why a company would release a"2.0" if it does less than "1.0". Lowes just give up. Update 7/31/19 - Finally lowes killed off this terrible product. They at least did the right thing and refunded users for devices that only worked on their system. I would recommend looking at SmartThings as it works so much better!
