Never posted a rating for any app ever before but…
Ove never posted a revie for any app since buying an iPhone on 2011. But I’ve this system for a couple of years and nothing but problems with the app. Complete garbage. Everything I’ve got on the pad is Pentair. No problems with the pump or salt cell. IntelliCenter generally had no problems except occasionally dropping off WiFi requiring reboot. But if your counting on interfacing through this app, I don’t see any way you won’t be terribly disappointed.

Our pool was installed with this system and we are woefully beholden to this awful app whenever we want to control our pool without having to shimmy by our pool equipment on the side of the house to do manual inputs. The app frequently is offline and the connection cannot be resolved without a hard shut down of the entire electrical panel to the pentair box. JSON errors used to be common but are now less frequent - but why should these still be happening at all? Please for the love of God, will the Pentair engineers please put some time into making this app better…or at least give up and make the API accessible to other third party apps. I’d gladly pay for an app that worked.

I feel like this could use a massive overhaul. Make the pages more snappy to load. Give me some nice user interfaces with better graphics and not a bunch of the basic toggle buttons. Oh also would love to see a slider for the pool light colors so we can select our own color. Also if we could adjust the brightness similar to how other led lights function in 2022. Overall it works, but just makes you feel like you are on dial up. Get a new UI, make it look nice and you will get way better reviews. This is unacceptable in 2022.

Spent 120k on a new pool and spa and this thing never works. Never connects and always searching. Multiple warranty claims and being told they don’t know what the issue is. App recognizes my wifi and is visible but still won’t connect. Extremely disappointed
United StatesBuggy app, schedule interface is lacking
The app is comparable to other pool pumps/features. Unfortunately, the schedule feature keeps crashing whenever I try to scroll through to adjust the time. The only way I can schedule something is by using the plus or minus buttons and click through each minute to reach the desired time. The schedule program interface is Horrible and utter waste of my time.

The screen constantly moves like it’s trying to connect with the system and makes it extremely hard to interact with. I end up closing and reopening the app every time I use it
