I’d love to tell you about this app, but when signing up, the required verification code never comes. I’ve tried via email and phone number several times each. Nope. Nothing… and so I can’t even get to step one in setting up my new wheel… This makes me very nervous about my new plan for my commute.
Broken out of the box S1
Bought an S1 that is broken right out of the box and doesn’t work. I want my money back. Customer support in app is broken and doesn’t load no matter how long I wait. Worst e—scooter ever?

Using this for the INMOTION RS and the data does not update real time whatsoever
Locking my scooter
I have to clear out my app any time I need to lock my climber. If I leave the app open, it still doesn’t lock when I need it to. Sometimes it’ll take like a minute of me clearing the app and opening it back up for it to work. Is there a better way or maybe an update on this?
