The new Heroes Mobile™ CapTel® app delivers the same captioned telephone experience customers have enjoyed at home and/or in the office for years – and now it’s available at your fingertips wherever you go. It’s secure, fast, incredibly accurate, and easy to use. The app syncs seamlessly with your iOS device contacts so you can place a call with a single tap. Other features include:

IP Captioned Telephone Service may use a live operator. The operator generates captions of what the other party to the call says. These captions are then sent to your phone.
