Glitchy
I put on 5000 miles on my bike last month but the ride app kept shutting off only capturing parts of my ride. The app also doesn’t size to a tablet very well which stinks when your browsing parts. The concept for the app is cool though. It would be nice if they had local chapter rides challenges. Someone from Minnesota can’t compete with someone from Arizona.

The app works. Recording my miles is a little harder now because to do “check-ins” I must stop recording check in and start recording again. The pause check in is gone. :(

While riding a sweet dealership loop, have to end ride in order to check in to dealership. Please fix this. You should hit pause on your ride and check in to dealership.

Mileage tracking works maybe half the time. If I pause the tracking at any point, the controls to end the ride disappear and all mileage is lost. If I don’t pause, the ride ends. The save function just returns to the same screen after saving so that I have to force quit the app each time to return to the Home Screen. If it’s going to be a usable GPS system, the app needs to have offline maps so that when cell service is unavailable, it doesn’t completely lose route guidance—even when cell service is reestablished.

Harley has put a lot on this app to communicate with riders, but the GPS feature is extremely glitchy. I have to force quit after saving a ride because it keeps going back to the save ride screen over and over again. Right now I have the ride recording, but it won’t let me pause, end, or save the ride. Conceptually, it’s a great app, but the execution is sorely in need of some heavy duty debugging.
