Not sure how/why they do that
This is an amazing app. Does as advertised, plus a little more. That they don’t charge, spam or be a general pain in the backside goes against most everything on the App Store. Highly recommend for any owner of household stuff.

Complete fan of this app. The resources that are available helped me save time and money. I misplaced one of the wiring diagrams for an appliance of ours, but was able to find it through the app, and once I troubleshot the the issue, the parts were made available on the same provider. In addition to that, I never thought about having a record of all the items along with the make and model number in the event that something happens like theft or a fire, there is a record that you have and can attach photos for an insurance claim that was totally not on my radar. Sure there are some software bugs that I feel are minor but the developers get a Gold star from this guy 😃

I have more than my house to manage. It would be helpful for me to enter different properties to keep track of. I pity the people that need an app to keep track of their one/own house. The app tries to do too much. If it just kept track of the purchase date, model/serial#’s and other basic info with different properties, it would be great. On the security concern, the developer replied to a bad review concerned about security stating the entire address didn’t need to be entered but I couldn’t create an account without filling every address detail. Maybe someday this will be a good app but now it’s too much and not enough.
