Emotio allows you to track all the emotions along the day. 

It will allow you to choose among the primary emotions you might feel from joy, anger, fear, sadness, surprise, and disgust.
Tracking your emotion and your mood is the first step of therapy of knowing yourself.

By noting down what you feel, you know better about you, and you'll be able to act accordingly. 

Emotio provides you with a statistic per day which emotion do you feel most for this particular day.
