Bad app
After recent upgrade to app I no longer get new issues appearing within app. Recognises my subscription and prior issues are available to download. October issue is no where to be seen. Magsdirect say it’s not their problem and contact iTunes which I did. They say there is nothing wrong at there end. So who deals with app problems? No one! I see from other review I am not the only one experiencing this. Can someone help?
App not updating
We are halfway through September and there is no sign of the October issue even tho I have an active subscription. Followed all the steps to update app and still nothing. Also I will not renew if the developers insist on having us scroll up and down to read. I like reading a magazine in the traditional way from right to left and turning the page. Hope they can fix these major issues. At least give ppl the option to turn pages or scroll. I love the content of the magazine but won’t renew if I get irritated while using the app.
No Content found
Recently upgraded to a new iPad. All my issues purchased are listed but I cannot download any of them. I get a content error message. This is one of my favorite magazines so hopefully problem can be fixed.
Another fail
If my app is renewed until January 2019, why is it so hard, even impossible, to see the latest issues. “Subscribe?” Why when I am already?
Not a fan of the new version
The new look and latest from the web are annoying. I want to see a grid of my issues and feel like I’m looking at a magazine, not a web page. If I wanted that, I look on the web, not take up space with an app. At that point, your app is pointless. It’s clumsy to navigate through as well.. I hope you change it back, I won’t renew in its current condition..
