Best security camera thus far

I was sooo in love with this app. I was able to set it up on my MacBook and feel comfortable sleeping at night knowing I could wake up to see/hear my daughter. Unfortunately the app has suddenly stopped working on my MacBook after my most recent update, despite claiming compatibility with MacOS 11.0 and later.. I’m having a nearly impossible time finding answers as to why it’s suddenly stopped working and have been left sleepless for 2 nights as my phone is simply not as reliable or a suitable option for monitoring my daughter overnight. Despite this huge disappointment I would recommend this set up for all moms.

United StatesApp is one of the least user friendly apps I’ve ever seen
I’ve been using this app for about 5 days and it has one of the worst user experiences I’ve had on any app. It is not at all intuitive in how to it is set up to control the camera and, despite the fact that it is practically sitting on top of our router, the feed cuts out constantly. The first night we used it, the whole thing completely froze up and we were not woken up until our child was upset enough that we could hear the crying from our bedroom. Since then, it has repeatedly muted itself, or just stopped showing current video, multiple times a day. Occasionally it will just flip out and start going in and out of full screen mode so fast that you can’t do anything other than close the app. I also find it concerning that user CONTENT is listed as one of the things they track. I do not recommend this app, or the camera that goes with it, to anyone until they have made some major changes.

The app is super convenient and love the soother. Gave one star less because the app gets glitchy sometimes and you have to back out of the app otherwise you can’t click on anything. We love all the nature sounds!

I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Hands down the best feature of this monitor is the quality of the video it provides. No squinting trying to figure out what you’re looking at, no blurry images. The sound quality is also very good, so on both counts, I felt confident using this for my little one. Set up was simple and accomplished in a matter of minutes. I prefer baby monitoring systems that have a dedicated handheld monitor (as opposed to having to use your phone screen), and the monitor here is lightweight and easy to use. The CryAssist feature is very intriguing; we’ve been using this product primarily with our toddler, so haven’t had much occasion to test that feature out, but we are bringing our newborn home from the hospital today and are looking forward to trying the CryAssist feature with him. All in all, this monitor system seems to take into account what is most useful for and desired by parents, and incorporates it all in an easy to use format.

I received this See Pro 360 baby monitor in exchange for an honest review from Steller product testing Panel. I absolutely love it for my 3rd child. I have used two other brands in the past that I did not like. I love the parent screen that is clear, doesn’t disconnect, and has many features. I also love that you can view the monitor from your phone while you are out and about or at work. It was so easy to set up, gives a clear picture in both day and night and you can view it at home or on the go. I have used it both baby’s room and the play room for my older children. The baby cry notifications allow you to be notified when a cry is detected and I was able to quickly check my screen to make sure my child was being taken care of when I was out of the home. I have already recommended this monitor to friends! I did not utilize the AI technology as my child already sleeps through the night and I know his signals but I love that the family connect app has features to track feedings, diaper changes, diaries etc so only one app is needed for everything. If you are looking for an easy to use, clear picture, versatile monitor, the See Pro 360 is it!
