Beyond horrible it keeps logging me out switches keep going off-line you have to reset them at least once a week and re-download them it’s ridiculous anything to do with Alexa is a horrible device and it does not work and people at Amazon are so under educated in coding they don’t know how to fix anything

The outdoor outlet device work fine but when I want to find the MAC address or IP address for the device, I have not been able to find it. It should be easier to find such things.

I have over 24 units installed and I never had to return any. I have the system for 2 years and it is reliable easy and very convenient. I like the most the smart plug which permits me to know how much wattage I use everyday and gives a monthly report. Schedule for air exchanger and UV water system helps me save energy and save ware and tear on the units themselves. Price is excellent. Same quality would be double. Thanks and keep up the good work.
