Is this app being maintained?
I have been a huge fan of this app for years, but beginning in 2023 the people maintaining this app have been unresponsive to requests to add or update breweries. I’m not sure if this thing is currently on autopilot or what. All I know is there appears to be no one in charge of making updates and changes. I hope they get this problem solved soon.
Great Atmosphere
Wondering the back roads from St Cloud, fl to Naples and came across this gem!! Wonderful brewery, great menu and good looking menu. So happy we stopped!! 🍻
Awesome brewing
This brewery makes great beer, great service, great music… only issue florescent lighting, it’s got the old school bright white warehouse lighting, makes it hard to relax
Was awesome, but not really maintained anymore
As a heavy user of this app for 2+ years (over 300 places visited), it was awesome. But it’s now less so. It seems as if it’s not maintained anymore, or infrequently at best. Adding a new brewery, editing info of an existing one, or getting closed places removed takes forever, if it’s done at all. There are places we’ve tried to have added multiple times over the course of MONTHS and nothing. It didn’t used to be this way. This app is a great starting point if you’re planning a brew hopping trip, but also use google maps to verify breweries along your route. You may find new ones not on the app or ones on the app that have been closed for some time.
Needs more maintenance
Probably a 5 star app if it was being supported but at best it’s a 3.5 rating in its current state. Pretty good app for what is clearly crowd sourced information and probably the best brewery locater out there. But it takes FOREVER for new breweries to get added, removed, or edited with correct info. We are talking MONTHS, if ever. There are still places not added after 4+ months of us being there and inputting the info. It appears as if the developers aren’t maintaining it any more. If you’re planning a brewery tour, search google maps for breweries near whatever area you’re in. We find a few that aren’t on the app yet and the occasional place that’s closed or in a wrong location. And while we try to add them or edit - see my initial criticism.
