buggy and poorly designed
This app has so many issues. Try to book an appointment it gives you the option to schedule a time and, within that time, give permission to enter the apartment. If you choose this option the appointment will still say "permission to enter: no". I have demonstrated this issue live to staff but they don't care to see it fixed. The app has a way to give feedback nut they never get back to you The app has a way to pay your rent, but pay it and it will still say "current + overdue: ($4000)" implying that you haven't paid. There is no way to check payments

Absolutely Useless
I’m not sure if they’ve just dropped the ball with my specific property, but the app is completely unusable for me. It shows me the hours of community amenities and the “news and updates” section, but I’m completely unable to click on the “my home,” “services” “community,” and “profile” buttons- aka the things you actually want to have access to if you’re submitting service requests or trying to pay rent. The navigation tab also pulls up a blank blue screen with no options. What a waste of phone space.
Useless App and No real support
I just moved in here at the beginning of the month and I am still unable to login to my mobile app. I have sent in multiple help requests and the same guy who responds doesn’t do anything except ask for a screen shot. To make matters worse, I can’t even login through their website. How am I supposed to pay rent or send maintenance requests in the future? This is really embarrassing for something like this to happen with a big company like the Irvine Company.
Super buggy
So many problems with this app and there is no way to report the bugs. All feedback is ignored.
App update
The app update required just made the app unusable with no information showing up. Looks like it’s constantly trying to connect and never does
