This app is designed to work together with our at-home test kit and will guide you step by step through your ZOE test experience.

ZOE helps you find the right foods for body *and* gut to reduce inflammation & hit your healthiest weight sustainably. Our science shows that we all respond to food differently. So we built an app to put precision nutrition in your pocket.

The impact of food on your metabolism is more complex than just calories in. Which is why we use the latest developments in machine learning and the microbiome to understand how gut bacteria influence your health and weight.

We are not funded by food companies and our app is powered by world’s largest ongoing nutritional science study, in collaboration with scientists from Harvard University, Mass General Hospital, Stanford University and Kings College London.‎

Insightful and fun

I have had gut problems for 30 years. This was a fun and exciting way to get involved with people who care about those things. I always carry around an extra 10 pounds but I eat super healthy. This was a way to learn about why that is. I would take part in the study the rest of my life if they would let me.

Very poor design

Zoe provides you with a continuous glucose monitor, Freestyle Libre, that is meant to be able to be read with your phone. They supply you with a “reader” that allows you to view only the immediate graph of your current results. I contacted customer service, and after many excuses all the could say was “the will supply me with reports when they get my data” eg 6 weeks or more from now. This system is not worth the money if they can’t even allow you to use it as it’s designed.

Best Experience!

I really enjoyed doing the Zoe test and experiments. The sensor was a major plus and learned so much about how my body reacts to food. I highly recommend it and have already told all my friends about it! ❤️
