This is a well thought out app for finding your optimal HRV based on science and individual testing. The testing methodology seems spot on. You can see your stats and learn from them if you so choose. Thus far, if you want to know your optimal HRV, this one is my favorite. I have tried a bunch of them. I now feel that I do not need to keep looking for more “Optimal HRV” apps. Of course I wish it was free, but there was a great amount of time and effort put into the app. Knowing what I know now about it, I would spend the $20 here first, before the other ones I have tried.
