Anxiety app works wonders!
I have struggled with being over anxious and over thinking as well as stressing out. Being able to write down my feelings and refresh my mind feels so relaxing. It’s like your taking all of your worries out of you and on to paper. It also has a feature where you can burn the box, meaning if you want to “get rid” of the worry you can just “burn” it and never see it again. I would definitely recommend! 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I really enjoy this app. However, I wish the burn animation of the box was slower and more satisfying. It just poofs and disappears which doesn’t help with effective visualization of releasing worries. A slower burn would be ideal.
