Good app. No complaints. Only thing its missing is the freedom of naming your own workout days.
Not Bad
Used this app for 5 1/2 months as I was looking for an app to track my lifts. Pretty good app, though sometimes when I add an exercise to a routine it completely changes the name of the routine. I do like that you can customize your own routines and a great number of the lifts that I do are programmed in. Unfortunately I’ll be switching to a different app that’s a bit more uniform.

This app is a great way to track your activity and progress while you’re working out. Pretty cool to see the road you travel to get the body you want. Easy to set up templates. I enjoy the fact that I can make a workout the night before and when I’m at the gym I don’t have to worry about forget to get in a set of something
Amazing app
This is everything I wanted in a weightlifting app. I especially love the rest timer. So grateful that it’s ad free and that there are no in app purchases or premium features. Thank you for the amazing work on this tool!
Best App I’ve used.
I coach pro body builders, and use this app for their weekly plans. I can’t believe it’s free, I’d donate money if I could. The ease of use, great visuals and various analytics are top notch.
